Strong Men Talk - Terms & Conditions (Business)
SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
This Sponsorship Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into on the date of signing ("Effective Date") between:

Build Life House Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: [Insert Number]), whose registered office is at [Insert Address] (the "Producer"); and

[Sponsor’s Company Name], a company registered in [Jurisdiction], whose registered office is at [Sponsor’s Address] (the "Sponsor").
1. Purpose
Build Life House Group Ltd is producing a series of video interviews as part of its men’s mental health initiative, "Strong Men Talk", to inspire and support men by sharing real stories of resilience. The Sponsor agrees to provide financial sponsorship in return for promotional opportunities as outlined in this Agreement.
2. Sponsorship Fee & Payment Terms

The Sponsor agrees to pay £950 (the "Sponsorship Fee") to Build Life House Group Ltd in exchange for the sponsorship benefits detailed in Clause 3.

Payment is due in full within [14] days of signing this Agreement and must be made via [Bank Transfer/Other Payment Method] to the following account: [Insert Payment Details].

10% of the Sponsorship Fee will be donated to BuildLifeHouse’s charity partners.
3. Sponsorship Benefits
In consideration of the Sponsorship Fee, the Sponsor will receive:

Branding & Promotion:

The Sponsor’s name and/or logo will be featured in the sponsored video, with a verbal and/or visual mention at the beginning or end.

The Sponsor’s name and/or logo will be included in the video description and any associated promotional materials.

The Sponsor will be acknowledged in BuildLifeHouse’s social media posts promoting the video.

Association with Men's Mental Health Advocacy:

The Sponsor will be publicly recognised as a supporter of men’s mental health and resilience initiatives.

The Sponsor may reference their sponsorship of BuildLifeHouse in their own marketing materials, provided it does not misrepresent their role or imply endorsement beyond this specific agreement.

4. Video Production & Distribution

Build Life House Group Ltd retains full creative control over the video’s content, editing, and final presentation.

The Sponsor’s branding will be included in a manner consistent with the overall design and messaging of the series.

The Producer is not obligated to make changes to the video based on Sponsor feedback unless the branding elements are incorrect or misrepresented.
5. Use of Sponsor’s Branding

The Sponsor grants Build Life House Group Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and brand assets for the purposes outlined in this Agreement.

The Sponsor warrants that they have the legal right to grant such usage rights and that providing these materials does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Term & Termination

This Agreement is valid from the Effective Date until the sponsored video has been published and promoted for at least [6] months.

If the Sponsor breaches any terms of this Agreement, Build Life House Group Ltd reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship without refund.

If Build Life House Group Ltd is unable to produce or publish the video due to unforeseen circumstances, the Sponsor will be given the option of either a full refund or an alternative sponsorship opportunity of equivalent value.
7. Liability & Indemnity

Build Life House Group Ltd makes no guarantees regarding video reach, audience engagement, or specific business outcomes for the Sponsor.

The Sponsor agrees not to hold BuildLifeHouse Group Ltd liable for any negative public response, reputational impact, or unintended consequences arising from the Content.

Each party agrees to indemnify the other against any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from a breach of their respective obligations under this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior communications or understandings. Any modifications must be agreed to in writing and signed by both parties.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
