Our coaching is designed to provide vocal support and guidance at every step of your 'Build', from planning permission to completion. We'll challenge your perceptions, helping you set SMART goals and develop plans that ensure YOU discover the answers YOU require for YOUR mental wellbeing. Through our coaching you still won't be able to stop the tough times happening, no one can. However, you will be ready when they arrive.

How Does It Work?

We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to see if Resilience Coaching is right for you. If you move forward, sessions are 45 minutes and conducted online, allowing for flexibility and convenience. Coaching isn’t just about one-off conversations—it’s a structured journey. You can take it session by session, exploring different aspects of resilience, or choose from three coaching plans designed to take you from foundation to mastery.

What Should I Build?

You choose your path:

  • Book an individual session to explore a topic that is relevant to your journey.

OR Build a structure:

  • Foundations: Build your base with core resilience principles and a solid support system.

  • Build a Bungalow: Strengthen five key skills—self-awareness, energy, purpose, self-discipline, and learning to enjoy the journey.

  • Build a House: Go all in with goal-setting, 14 sessions, and six additional skills to help you execute your vision.

Across four online sessions (45 minutes each), we’ll assess where you are now, map out a personalised plan, and help you build a solid support network. It’s all about finding stability, confidence, and momentum — the essentials you need to move forward with strength. If you're ready to reset and reclaim your life, this is where you start.

In the Bungalow Plan, you’ll go deeper over ten online sessions (45 minutes each), developing five core skills that help you thrive: self-awareness, energy, purpose, self-discipline, and learning to truly enjoy the journey. It's about building resilience into your daily life — so you're not just surviving, but growing stronger through whatever comes your way. If you want to build something lasting, something that feels like home, this is your blueprint. Your future is in your hands. Build it. Live it. Own it.

Go all in! The House Plan is for men ready to build something bigger — not just survive, but lead their own life with clarity and strength. Over 14 online sessions (45 minutes each), we’ll build on the five core skills and add six more powerful tools, from goal-setting to mastering adversity. You’ll walk away with a full second "floor" to your life: a structure that can stand tall through any storm. If you're serious about becoming the man you know you can be, this is your time.
