BuildLifeHouse Challenges?

BuildLifeHouse Challenges are structured daily commitments designed to help you:

  • Break unhelpful habits

  • Build consistency, clarity, and strength

  • Train self-discipline through action

 

Each challenge lasts 30 or 60 days, focuses on a key wellbeing area (like self-discipline or sobriety), and gives you a clear, simple action to take every day.

You don’t need to be perfect—just committed

  • No Alcohol 30 – A reset for your body and mind

  • Self-Discipline 30 – Build consistency and small daily wins

  • Self-Discipline 60 – A deeper dive into identity-level growth

Set your intention

​On Day 0 (the day before you begin), write down:

  • Why you chose this challenge

  • What you want to feel, gain, or change

  • How you’ll stay on track when motivation dips

 
This becomes your anchor when things get hard

Tips

Helpful tips

  • Miss a day? Don’t quit. Just restart that brick and keep going.

  • Feeling flat? Re-read your Day 0 intention or connect with the group.

  • Combine with care – You can combine some challenges, but don’t overload. Depth beats volume
