Houses - Information
This is the self-paced, online version of Build My House—designed to help you build structure, strength, and self-trust from the ground up.
Beginning with ‘Digging Your Footings’ and progressing through each stage of the house, you’ll challenge your mindset, build powerful habits, and develop essential skills for long-term resilience.
This isn’t a course that hands you all the answers. It’s a framework that helps you discover them for yourself.
The more you bring to it, the more you'll take from it.
If you’re looking for more structured support and personal guidance, we also offer Resilience Coaching—a one-to-one, online experience where you'll be guided through the process of building your structure alongside a dedicated coach.

Dig Your Footings
Before you build upward, you dig deep. In this stage, you’ll lay the groundwork for lasting change by getting honest about where you’re at, what’s holding you back, and what kind of man you want to become. It’s about clarity, commitment, and reclaiming control—so every brick you lay after this has something solid to stand on. Strong houses don’t start with walls. They start with purpose
The key principle to explore is 'The Individual Is Sovereign'

Arrange Your Scaffolding
Scaffolding is what holds you up while you grow. In this stage, you’ll identify the habits, people, boundaries, and systems that support the man you're becoming. It's about building a strong, reliable framework around you—so when life gets tough, you don’t fall back, you rise. No one builds alone. This is where you create the structure that helps you keep climbing
'Mental health is a team sport, choose your team mates wisely'

Build Your Foundations
This stage is about building the inner strength to support everything that follows. Here, you’ll develop five essential skills: Manage Your Moments, Self-Awareness, Energy, Purpose, and Self-Discipline. These aren’t just habits—they’re the roots of long-term resilience. You’ll learn to stay present, know yourself better, protect your energy, connect with what matters, and follow through when it counts.
Strong foundations aren’t found—they’re built, one skill at a time you chose this challenge

Build Your Structure
This stage is about building the mental and emotional framework to handle life’s challenges with strength and confidence. You’ll develop five powerful skills: Failure is Your Friend, Take Risks, Prepare Well, Welcome Criticism, and Seek Complementary Experiences. These skills help you step forward, not shrink back—turning setbacks into fuel, feedback into growth, and preparation into power. This is where resilience takes shape—and your character starts to rise

Complete Your House
In the final stage, you bring it all together. You’ve laid your foundation, built your structure, and now you step back to reflect, integrate, and solidify what you’ve built. By this point, you’ve developed a personal toolkit for adaptability and resilience—skills, habits, and mindsets you can rely on when life tests you. Completion isn’t the end—it’s the launch pad. Your house is built. Now, you live in it with strength, clarity, and purpose
