Welcome to the challenge Empower yourself with the 60-Day Challenge, a program designed for men to build their self-discipline. Over the course of 60 days, participants will engage in daily tasks to strengthen their resolve and commitment, embracing the mantra of 'Self-Discipline is doing what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, regardless of how you feel.' It is a key skill to master, whatever you choose to do in life. Challenge can be taken on as an Individual venture, or as a Group (invite other men to form a group/join an existing group). KEY INFO: 60 x days duration Medium level of difficulty Suitable for Individual or Group ====================================================================================================== How does this challenge work??? - 6 levels lasting 10 days each - The goal is to complete the step/s for each day even if you don't feel like it - Level 1 - you will be given a step to follow for 10 days - Level 2 - An additional step will be added, meaning that you now have 2 steps to complete each day for the next 10 days - Level 3 - Another step is added, meaning 3 steps to complete for the next 10 days - .... and so on - Each day you will be sent a reminder of your daily step/s.
