Cancellation Policy

Resilience Coaching offers online, 1-to-1 sessions designed to empower men to prevent poor mental health through structure, habits, and problem-solving. This coaching is about fostering mental resilience, equipping you to uncover your own answers, and building mental strength for the betterment of yourself, your family, and society as a whole. Booking and Delivery: All sessions must be booked online. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email containing Zoom details for the session. Nature of Coaching: Please note, Resilience Coaching is not crisis support and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health services. It is focused on prevention and personal growth, not treatment. If you are in crisis, please seek immediate professional help. Cancellations and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule a session, but this must be done with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a session will result in the session fee being non-refundable. Free Consultation: A free consultation session is available as a taster. This allows both coach and client to assess compatibility before committing to further sessions. Confidentiality: Everything discussed during sessions is strictly confidential. If you are booking a £Free Consultation. This is not only free but also has no obligation to purchase further sessions.
